How to Complete the Circus Penguin Dot to Dot

Not every circus performer grew up in the ring — this penguin has traded the icy shoreline for a spot in the spotlight. Dressed in a star-topped hat and a bow tie, with juggling balls scattered nearby, it's clearly rehearsed its act well. This cheerful 53-dot puzzle traces its costume from head to flipper across five friendly stages. Find dot 1 near the hat and follow the numbers all the way around to a triumphant finish at dot 53.

1-11 — Star Hat and Right Flipper

Start at dot 1 and connect through dot 11 around the star hat and toward the penguin's raised right flipper. The hat's points make for several short, sharp turns, so encourage checking each number carefully before drawing the next short line.

Penguins cannot fly, but their flippers are stiff, flat paddles that work very well for swimming.

12-21 — Juggling Side

Continue from dot 12 to dot 21 beside the juggling balls and around the flipper. The gaps between dots change size here, which is a great chance to practise looking ahead to the next number rather than just the next line.

44-53 — Face and Hat Finish

Finish with dots 44 through 53 around the smiling face and back to the hat. These last ten dots complete the loop, so encourage finishing with a confident line that connects smoothly back to where the puzzle began.
